TIL's Open Presentation
On May 29, 2026, the IDUB Toruń Interaction Lab research team held an open presentation, during which the academic community had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the available research equipment and its range of applications. Participants, in addition to other activities, tested virtual reality (VR) technologies and measured their grip strength. Speakers discussed how the presented equipment can be used in projects related to communication, interaction, behavior, and human experience, encouraging collaboration with those who would like to pursue their own research ideas with the team’s assistance.
Toruń Interaction Lab (TIL) operates as one of five teams working within the IDUB Priority Research Areas “Interfaces of Human Experience: Communication, Cognition, Culture, Wellbeing.” The team conducts and supports research on communication and interaction, with a particular emphasis on translating research findings into practice. The cutting-edge research equipment used by TIL scientists enables a comprehensive analysis of authentic communication processes that engage multiple senses simultaneously.
